Vegetable puree for babies and children

A smooth vegetable puree that the whole family can have. It can even be made with follow-on milk, depending on the child's growth stage.

Ingredients

• 280 g of zucchini
• 240 g potatoes
• 100 g carrots
• 60 g of green beans
• 600 g of follow-on milk (or with normal cow's milk)
• Nutmeg
• Extra virgin olive oil
• croutons

Preparation

1. We wash the vegetables well. We peel the zucchini (if they are not from organic farming), the potatoes and the carrots. We chop them (into small pieces). We put all the ingredients in the glass and program 20 minutes, 90º, speed 1. At the end of the time we add a little grated nutmeg. Always with the cup on and holding it, we grind one minute in progressive speed 5-8. We check that it has the right texture in case we have to grind for a few more seconds.

2. We serve and drizzle olive oil on each plate. Depending on the diner, we accompany with croutons.
