Avocado and smoked salmon quiche

A delicious q with avocado y smoked salmon, very easy to prepare and ideal as appetizer or even as Dinner. It occurred to me when I posted the avocado cheesecake. Moses asked if it was a dessert or a starter. That was a dessert, but Moisés' comment made me think that if the avocado with cheese was good as a sweet, it had to be delicious in salty. And indeed, this quiche is delicious, with a creamy and smooth texture.

A delicious avocado and smoked salmon quiche, very easy to prepare and ideal as an aperitif or as a dinner.

Ingredients

• 125 g of Philadelphia type cheese spread
• 3 eggs
• 200 ml of cream for cooking
• 1 large ripe avocado (approx 200 g)
• 1 sheet of quiche dough
• 100 g smoked salmon
• 50 g of grated cheese (whichever you like the most)
• salt and pepper
• butter to spread the mold

Preparation

1. We turn on the oven at 180º.

2. We spread the mold with butter and spread the quiche dough over it, cutting out the excess.

3. Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces. We booked.

4. Put the eggs, cream, cream cheese, avocado, salt and pepper to taste in the glass. We beat during 10 seconds at speed 7.

5. Pour the mixture into the mold and spread the salmon pieces over it. And on top, the grated cheese.

6. We introduce in the preheated oven, on the rack and in medium position for 30/35 minutes. You have to observe the quiche and the dough after 25 minutes, as the time depends a lot on each oven. The quiche is ready when inserting a skewer stick in its center comes out clean. Also peel the dough a little with the stick to see if it is already golden around the edges.
