Ingredients
- 2 sheets of prefabricated puff pastry of 250 g each
- 500 g of veal
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/2 green pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 / 2 cebolla
- 50 g of zucchini
- 8 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 70 g olive oil
- 100 g grated mozzarella cheese

Preparation
To make the filling: Finely chop the onion, the red pepper, the green pepper, the two cloves of garlic and the piece of courgette.
In a frying pan, pour the olive oil. When it starts to get hot, add all the chopped vegetables. Let fry until softened, stirring occasionally.
