Quick vegetable stew

quick-vegetable-stew

Although the temperatures begin to rise a legume stew like today is irresistible. At least in my house where the children, after eating pasta every day at school, get excited when they see a spoonful plate.

Thanks to the potato we get a thick broth. You will see, it seems that he has been doing chup chup for hours and we have really done it in Thermomix in 30 minutes approx.

La legume It is canned, only then can we have it ready in such a short time. I have mixed chickpeas and beans but you can use just chickpeas or just beans, whichever you prefer.

How delicious! I really like the idea, but a question …… so brave 😉 What if I use chickpeas / beans that are not canned? Thank you very much and greetings,

      Hi Gymo,
I would recommend that if you have dried beans / chickpeas, you make them in a pot. It does not make sense to cook this type of legume in Thermomix.
Lentils, however, are phenomenal in Thermomix !: http://www.thermorecetas.com/lentejas-con-verduras/
Thanks to you for writing us!

    Thank you

      Hi Adria,
Thanks for advising. They are 100º (I just corrected it)
      A hug!
