Since I discovered bags of frozen berries, I have not felt like anything other than trying new recipes like this one. sorbet.
Sorbet is a classic for all people who have the Thermomix®. It is one of the first recipe that they show you in the demonstrations due to its result, simplicity and speed.
Almost always usually be the lemon but since I found out that it can be done with any frozen fruit I love to try different flavors.
Today I tried this berry sorbet and it occurred to me to put some leaves of mint You already know that I love how they look with this type of fruit and, as always, it has been spectacular.

I buy them at the Aldi. You have to be attentive because when they replace them they fly! Here it is fashionable to make juices with them, so you better find out when they are replenished and go that same day. At Carrefour there are also them, but the bags are smaller and more expensive.
