Rice with soy milk

I like more and more the soy milk!, my in-laws have been taking it for a long time and my daughters really like it.

It is much healthier, it has half the fat of whole cow's milk, which is perfect for dieting and helps us control cholesterol. I put a link of its characteristics in case you are interested: soy milk.

People lactose intolerant and vegan They consume this milk that has a great contribution of vitamins.

El rice pudding It is one of the desserts that I like the most and I thought that with soy milk it would not taste so good. Well I was wrong! It's delicious. The acid test was when my father-in-law tried it, it is his favorite dessert and when I told him that I had made it with soy milk, he did not look very good. As soon as he tried it, he changed his mind and recognized that it is very rich.

Hen/Stag raisins they make it taste even better, but they are optional. The truth is that I like them a lot, but it is not necessary to throw them.

      Piluka, the same thing happened to me, the flavor did not suit me much but lately I have tried the Danone brand and I mix it with my usual cow's milk, and I am liking it a lot in a couple of weeks, I will drink it without mixing it. That is very good for my cholesterol.

    I usually make it with soy milk and brown rice, it is very good and has very few calories, I am Mexican and in Mexico it is typical to put raisins or coconut and it tastes great in addition to cinnamon of course, it is another option to eat it, also I have substituted sugar for fructose and it is good but the truth is better with sugar.

    If you want to make it creamier, I put a can of ideal milk and I remove the same amount of cow's milk.
