This red fruit cake I did it the other day to celebrate a precious 7 years. Do you like it? You will see, it is very easy to prepare if we take into account that our Thermomix makes us both pastry cream and cream in a jiffy.

By not carrying the typical cake for cakes (the Genoese) we will not even need the oven to prepare it. The biscuits, this time, they are the bought.

I tell you a curiosity: our Genoese sponge cake in Italy is called Spanish bread. In Spain it is called Genoese and in Italy it is called Spain… if someone knows the reason, tell us!
