They are two desserts in one, combining a delicious cookie with a chewy texture and a delicious layer of cream cheese. It is an easy dish to prepare and with a chocolate cheese flavor. I love the flavor of the biscuit combined with the cream cheese, which undoubtedly plays the role of the Red Velvet dessert, which is why I combined the red in this great recipe.

Ingredients
For the cookie dough
- 200g of butter at temperature
- 200g brown sugar
- 50g white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 300g of wheat flour

- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 200g chocolate chips
For the cream cheese
- 300g of cream cheese type Philadelphia
- 100g white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- XNUMX/XNUMX teaspoon red food coloring powder
Preparation
We heat the oven to 220 °.
For the cookie dough: we put it in our Thermomix glasss 200g butter, softened or at room temperature, 200g brown sugar and 50g white sugar. We are going to mix it by programming 40 seconds at speed 3.

We add 1 egg, a teaspoon of vinegar and a half teaspoon of red food coloring. We program it 30 seconds at speed 3. If you think that the red cream is not tinted, you can add another little coloring.
We choose a square dish that can go into the oven of one 18x18cm, the We lined with baking paper. We throw on half of the cookie dough, We spread throughout the fountain and leave the surface smooth.
