This dessert is made in the most traditional way but with the adjusted ingredients to make it very creamy. It contains cream and a paste that they sell at this time based on marzipan, or rather almond with sugar. The amount of sugar has been adjusted so that it is just right, but I must add that I add a lot more to it, because I really like it sweeter.

Ingredients
- 1 liter of whole milk
- 500ml whipping cream
- 200g sugar
- 200g round rice
- 200g marzipan

We see below the 500ml cream and we program it 5 minutes at 90 ° at spoon speed. While it is mixing and cooking, we are going to pour little by little through the mouth of the lid, the 200g of sugar. When the mixture has stopped, we uncover it and check that it has been creamy. If you think it has been too thick, you can always add another little milk, until you see the exact point.
We finally cast the 200g of almond or marzipan paste. We program it to integrate another 5 minutes to 90 ° at spoon speed. Now we only have to remove the lemon or orange peel that we put at the beginning together with the cinnamon stick. We let the rice pudding cool and put it in the fridge.
