Today we are going to make a risotto with a lot of leek and the special touch that always gives smoked salmon to our plates.

First we will prepare a kind of leek cream. To do this, you have to chop it, fry it and cook it in a little milk.

Then we will have to toast the rice, flavor it with white wine, cook and butter it.
