The cake that you see in the photo and in the video is made with Gorgonzola but you can also prepare it with Roquefort. And I anticipate that, if you like blue cheese, you will love it.
In the video you will see how I have prepared the base, in Thermomix. But if you are in a hurry or you do not feel like getting involved in making the dough, you can use a roll of breeze dough, one of those bought, or even one made of puff pastry.
Do not forget the pear on the surface. You can put it before baking the cake or after and serve it natural. The contrast of flavors is spectacular, as with this Tarte Tatin.
