Land-Sea salty cake

As I have already mentioned several times, dinner some days is tedious. I am always assaulted by the same hard What do I do for dinner? I need something that is fast, that we like, nothing laborious and if I can leave it prepared just to cook it better. This salty land and sea cake meets these conditions.

I got the idea from flipping through a magazine. Yes, I know that I always tell myself that I don't buy another magazine. But I always fall into temptation. Although blessed temptation if you help me solve my doubts with dinner and simple menus. 

The land and sea cake is made, as always, with ingredients from around the house. In this case I have used some frozen prawns and some canned mushrooms. Must benefit all resources!

    When I make the custard in the thermomix book, I have noticed that the egg stands out and I dislike the truth a bit, I have tried adding more vanilla sugar and it continues to stand out.Could I substitute the egg? You also have to bear in mind that the custard has the function of curdling, I don't know if when making them with another ingredient, they will no longer taste like custard, have you tried putting the smallest eggs?
      What if instead of vanilla sugar you put liquid vanilla essence?

    Hi! I made this cake and it was delicious. But preparing it, a doubt arose: first the sauce is made with the onion and then the prawns are added, but the mixture results with a lot of liquid that I had to remove and the prawns come out very crushed, is that right?
