Salty cheesecake with vegetables

This cheesecake is different, because it is salty and has a perfect accompaniment. we will mix the Broken mass with the good of calcium and vitamins, since you cannot miss the vegetables and cheese.

We will buy the shortcrust pastry already made, it is easy to find in supermarkets. With this dough we will have the base that we will later fill with a delicious cream cheese.

With our Thermomix we will make a quick and easy mix where we will use the Philadelphia type cream cheese and goat cheese. Then we will mix with the vegetables and bake. After 30 minutes We will have a wonderful salty cake that we can enjoy with the family.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of shortcrust pastry
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 300 g of cream cheese type Philadelphia
  • 60 g of goat cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 40 g of wheat flour
  • Sal Island
  • Ground black pepper
  • rosemary powder

Preparation

  1. We prepare a 24 cm tart. We put the sheet of shortcrust pastry on its base and flatten it well to give it the shape of a cake. Set aside and put in the fridge.

  2. We clean the red pepper and we make strips. Clean the zucchini and cut it into pieces. Peel and cut the two garlic cloves into small pieces.

  3. In our Thermomix glass we add 50 g of olive oil and add the vegetables. We put it to cook for 15 minutes at 120° at spoon speed.

  4. Once ready, we separate the mixture of vegetables in a fountain. If the glass has not been very dirty, we can use it for the next step.

  5. We put in the glass the 300 g of cream cheese, the 60 g of goat cheese, the 40 g of wheat flour, the salt, the black pepper to taste, the two eggs and a little powdered rosemary. We mix it programming during 20 seconds at speed 3.

  6. Take the pan out of the fridge and heat the oven to 200° with heat up and down.

  7. We put the cream cheese inside the pan and on top we put the mixture of vegetables without the oil.

  8. We put the cake in the middle of the oven and let it bake for about 30 minutes. In the end, its surface must be golden and the mixture well curdled. We serve hot or cold.
