Savory profiteroles stuffed with surimi and tuna

Preparation

2. Finished heating, immediately add the wheat flour all at once, along with the two pinches of salt. You have to do it this way so that the food is well linked and a dough is formed. We schedule during 30 seconds at speed 3,5.

3. Remove the dough from the glass and place it in a pastry bag fitted with a wide, curly nozzle.

4. We heat the oven to 180 °. On a tray that can go in the oven, place parchment paper and make the shape of the profiteroles by hand. We put it in the oven at medium height, with heat up and down and the necessary time until we see that they have browned.

5. We clean the glass and make the filling for the profiteroles. Add the 8 crab sticks, the 2 pickles and the 2 leek slices. We are going to chop it into small pieces and for this we program it 5 seconds at speed 5.

6. Add the 120 g of cream cheese and the 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise. We reschedule for 30 seconds at speed 1,5.

7. We open the profiteroles in half and fill them with this delicious surimi and tuna filling. They are delicious!
