Then we cut them out with that elongated shape characteristic of the Ghostface mask. I have made them medium, about 15 cm in their longest part (it was easier for me than smaller) and with my finger I have ripped the eyes and mouth. In 15 minutes they are baked. But be careful, because the dough needs to rest previously for about 30 minutes. Now I explain everything to you.

Scream minipizzas are ghostly snacks, minipizzas with the face of Ghostface (ghost face), the terrible Scream. They make like some parmesan cookies, a crunchy and rich appetizer for Halloween night.

Ingredients

100 g warm water
25 g olive oil
200 g of wheat flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon dried baker's yeast
75 g grated parmesan

Preparation

We put in the glass, in this order, the water, the oil, the flour, the salt and the yeast. We beat during 30 seconds, speed 6.
We lower the remains of the walls with the spatula and knead during 30 seconds, spike speed.
We remove the dough (it is easier if we put the glass upside down, remove the base that holds the blades and push the blades down onto a container (be careful because they will fall suddenly, better if the container is plastic). We cover the container with cling film and let it rest at room temperature for half an hour.
After that time, we turn on the oven at 200º.
We put a baking paper on the bench, sprinkle it with flour and spread the dough on the paper with a rolling pin (also smeared with flour). It has to be very fine. The one that remains, we will spread it on another paper and we will make two pizza trays.
Once extended, we transfer the paper with the dough to the baking tray. With a sharp pointed knife, we cut out the shape of the face and with our finger, we tear out three holes for the eyes and the mouth.
Paint the surface of the mini-pizzas with oil and sprinkle with Parmesan, leaving the holes free.
We introduce in the preheated oven at 200º for 15 minutes, or until they are golden brown (it depends a lot on each oven, so in the last minutes, keep an eye on them, they are very thin and burn quickly)
And ready to eat.

Notes

If you want to make less or more quantity, it is enough to reduce the quantities proportionally.
