Pasta salad in Thermomix

In this heat you want salads. Today's is pasta and we call it sea ​​and mountain because it has both chicken and tuna.

we will using only Thermomix. In the varoma we will cook the chicken and the carrot. In the glass we are going to cook the pasta.

I recommend that you prepare in advance, before going to the beach or work. This way it will have more flavor and it will be very fresh when you are going to consume it.

Ingredients

  • About 10 basil leaves
  • A few fresh oregano leaves
  • 1700 g of water
  • 2 or 3 g of chicken breast fillets in strips or cubes (150 grams)
  • 100 g diced carrot
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
  • 330 g of short pasta
  • 130 g canned corn
  • 65 g canned tuna
  • 20 g of extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

  1. Put the basil leaves and oregano leaves in the glass. We program 3 seconds, speed 8. Put the chopped leaves in a small plate or bowl and reserve them.

  2. Without having to wash the glass, we pour the water into it.

  3. We distribute the chicken pieces in the varoma container and the carrot in the tray. We put the lids and place the varoma in its position. We program 14 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1.

  4. Carefully remove the varoma and let cool.

  5. Add the salt to the water in the glass and add the pasta. We cook the time stated on package, left turn, speed 1.

  6. Strain the pasta and put it under cold running water. Drain it well and pour it into a large bowl.

  7. Add to that bowl the chicken pieces, the carrot, the canned tuna (drained), the drained corn, the olive oil and the herbs that we have chopped in the first step. We mix well.

  8. We keep it in the refrigerator for a few hours and we already have it, ready to serve.
