Ay Ascen what a good recipe. I love these easy dishes and sea bass / sea bream are my favorite fish because they are very cheap, you can find them all year round and they are very tasty. This everyday dish is a real gem. Thanks!!

I made it yesterday and very good even though the potato needs more time, so I put the potato first and then the sea bass. It is a recipe to repeat !!! The super good sauce, I loved it

All right Carmen. I made the potatoes in 20 minutes but, by mistake, I put less time when writing the recipe. It is already corrected!. I'm really glad you liked it.
      Kisses!!!

    Hello,
I have seen that the last comments on this post are from three years ago. But I found this recipe and made it a couple of days ago. I added the juice of half an orange down in the sauce and the other half in the fish itself. Suuuuuuuper rich!

How glad I am, Vanesa !! Thank you very much for your comment.
      A hug!

Hi, I'm making the recipe, but the sea bass has not been cooked! I have lined the tray with parchment paper, it may be that it was to only cover it above and not below. Forgive the question but my experience in cooking is zero and the Thermomix is new, but I am excited to surprise my husband with this dish that I know he likes a lot.

The tray does not have to be lined because you will not let the steam pass and therefore the fish or any food that you put will not be done. All you have to do is put greaseproof paper on the base of the tray, leaving the sides uncovered to allow the steam to enter. I imagine that after a year using the Thermomix you will already be an expert, but you never know, I'll leave it there. The fish just right. It is true that potatoes lack time; We can also cut them into thin slices instead of tacos so that they are done before.
