Broccoli, carrot, onion, ginger y Cashews. This mix of seasonal vegetables has broccoli as the main ingredient and a touch of cashews to decorate, which you can substitute for your favorite dried fruit and provide that much-needed vegetable protein in the vegan diet.  Accompanied by rice or cereals, such as tender wheat, couscous, quinoa, millet or bulbur, it can make a great single dish for Vegetarians y vegan. And for non-vegetarians, like GarrisonIt is a great companion for fish and white meat.
