I propose a plate of pasta that is really tasty and in which we are going to use very few fresh products. We will resort to the pantry since both the tomato such as tuna that we are going to use are canned.

As a paste I have used fusilli but you can use whatever you have at home. The good thing about the propellers is that they have a lot of holes that catch our sauce phenomenally.

We are in full January and most are inexpensive ingredients. Of course, the result is an Italian restaurant.

Ingredients

  • 40 g Parmesan cheese, cut into pieces
  • 50 g of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 peeled garlic cloves
  • 1 small jar of peeled pear tomato, canned
  • Sal Island
  • 1200 g of water
  • 320 g of short pasta (fusilli)
  • 1 can of natural tuna
  • Dried oregano

Preparation

  1. We put the cheese in the glass and grate it in speed 8 for 10 seconds. We take out and reserve.

  2. Without having to wash the glass, put the oil and garlic in it. We program 4 minutes, 100º, speed 1.

  3. We chop the tomatoes (each one into three pieces) and put them in the glass. We add a little salt and we program 3 minutes, 100º, left turn, speed 1.

  4. We put everything in a large bowl or in the source where we want to serve this first dish. We booked.

  5. Now we are going to cook the pasta. Without washing the glass we put the water in it and program 10 minutes, 100º, speed 1.

  6. When the water is boiling (it will do so in those 10 minutes or even earlier) we add a little salt and the pasta. We put both things through the nozzle, without having to remove the lid. We set the time indicated on the pasta package, 100º, left turn, spoon speed. At this time of cooking the pasta we will not put the cup to avoid accidents (we can put the basket).

  7. Once the pasta is cooked, we strain it -we can use the varoma container- and put it in the bowl or source where we had the previous preparation.

  8. Add the grated Parmesan, the drained tuna and the oregano.

  9. We mix everything and serve immediately.
