Smooth cream of carrot, pumpkin and celery

Few ingredients are needed to obtain a vegetable cream like the one we show you this afternoon. The protagonists in this case are carrots, pumpkin and celery.

La pumpkin and carrot They will make it have a mild flavor and will also give it that orange color that you see in the photo. The potato will help us to tie everything together and to soften that texture even more.

The point of strength will be achieved with celery and turmeric. By the way, do not stop having this species in your pantry. I use it even in soups, to give them more color.

If I don't want to add milk, will it be good with water and cheese?

I think so, Chelo. Or with vegetable broth if you have it, better than with water 😉

      Hola!
For 5, more or less ... you know, it depends on the amount we serve on each plate.
It is specified in the recipe, mind you, just below the photo.
      A hug!

Hi! What a pint this recipe has, but a question has arisen… .when do you add the turmeric?

    1.    Ascen Jimenez said

      Hello Silvia:
I add it just before grinding. I am going to specify it in the recipe, which I had missed.
      Thanks for noticing 😉
      Take care!
