The perfect recipe if we don't have bread, time or yeast. Let's prepare unleavened bread, made only with flour, water, salt and a little oil.

We will use our kitchen robot to carry out the and you will only need one hour of rest at room temperature. In the video you can see that and also how to shape it, with a roller.

Being thin portions will require little oven time. Of course, it is consumed at the moment. If we leave it for tomorrow it will not be so rich.

A quick bread that does not need yeast. There are 8 servings to consume freshly made.

Ingredients

  • 300 g flour
  • 150 g whole wheat flour
  • 220 g of water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 25 g of extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

  1. We put the two flours, the water, the salt and the extra virgin olive oil in the glass. We program 3 minutes, spike speed.

  2. We put the dough on the worktop and work it with our hands.

  3. We shape it into a ball and wrap it in transparent film. We let it rest for about 1 hour at room temperature.

  4. After that time we remove the film and divide the dough into 8 parts, forming 8 balls of about 100 g each.

  5. We are stretching them with a roller, giving them an oval shape, as seen in the video.

  6. We put them in two baking dishes that we will have covered with baking paper. We brush our breads with extra virgin olive oil and prick them with a fork.

  7. We preheat the oven to 200 ° and bake them for approximately 15 minutes, until the surface is golden brown.

  8. We carefully remove them from the oven and serve immediately.

Notes

If when we remove the dough from the glass we see that it is too soft we can add a little more flour. If, on the other hand, it was very hard, we would add a little more water. We would knead after 30 seconds, spike speed.
