Spaghetti with olive oil, garlic and cherry tomatoes

Preparation

1. We put the cheese in the glass and grate it by programming 10 seconds, speed 8. We take out and reserve.

2. Without washing the glass we put the parsley and crush programming 5 seconds, speed 5. We take out and reserve.

3. Again without washing the glass, we put the oil and garlic in it. We program 4 minutes, 100º, speed 1. Add the cherry tomatoes that we will have cut in half before and the salt. We program 3 minutes, 100º, left turn, speed 1.

4. At the end of the time we put it in a source or where we are going to serve it and let it rest. At this point, if we want, we can remove the garlic cloves.

5. Now we cook the pasta. To do this, we put the glass in the water and program 10 minutes, 100º, speed 1, to boil.

6. Finished the time, we put the salt and we are introducing the spaghetti by the mouth. We cook for the time indicated on the package, at 100º, left turn, spoon speed.

7. At the end of the time, we drain the spaghetti with the help of the varoma and put them quickly in the source-bowl where we had the sauce. Add the Parmesan and parsley and mix with the spatula. Garnish with the basil or parsley leaves and serve immediately.
