Spaghetti with tomato sauce, capers and olives

Preparation

1. We put about 200 g of hot water in a small bowl. We add a splash of vinegar and add the dried tomatoes to this mixture. They will need to soak for about 15 minutes.

2. Put the olive oil, garlic and dried tomatoes already hydrated (without the liquid) in the glass. We program 5 seconds, speed 5. We lower with the spatula what has remained on the walls of the glass.

3. Add the tomato passata, a little salt and pepper. We program 15 minutes, 100º, speed 1.

4. Add the olives, capers and oregano. We program 5 minutes, 100º, left turn, speed 1. We reserve our sauce.

5. Cook the pasta in plenty of salty water, following the manufacturer's instructions. This step, that of cooking the pasta, can be done while preparing our tomato sauce. 

6. Once the spaghetti are cooked, we drain them slightly and put them in a source. We add the sauce that we have prepared to our spaghetti and mix everything. 

7. We serve immediately.
