Spinach with garlic

spinach-garlic-tender

My friend Mayte is at diet and I was wondering the other day how to do in Themormix some sautéed spinach with tender garlic. Well look, I'm going to make them and we publish the recipe, I told him. And here it is. The truth is that they are delicious and the full plate only has 150 calories.

Una Dinner great or a great starter, healthy and light. Although I, as the joke goes, went on a diet two weeks ago and I only lost… 14 days. A hug to all of you who are controlling your weight and a big wink to my friends vegan. And for you, Mayte, a big kiss. And here is our recipe.

Is that now you can no longer download the recipe in PDF ???
    I don't have a printer….
    Please answer me….
And thank you for sharing your recipes ...

Hello Núria. Yes, yes you can. Look, when you enter the recipe, above, just below the title, you have several buttons: share it on facebook, tweet it, g + and the last one is a + sign. Press that and the option to print is displayed. Press to print and, when the printer window is displayed, on your computer you will have an option to save in pdf. The other way is to save only the token. In the file (the recipe itself, with a cream colored background) you have next to the title the option to print. A hug and thanks to you for following us!

Hi Ana, Thanks for sharing. A doubt, the spinach is not necessary to cook them previously?
    Thanks for answering.

Hello Elisa. No, no, uncooked, that's why we put half first and then the other half, because they are very bulky when raw. They are cooked in the glass, with the same steam. They are very good, you'll see. A hug!

    Hello Ana.
Thank you very much for facilitating the kitchen with your recipes. I liked this one because it is very healthy, but can you tell me how to make it with frozen spinach? I don't like to throw anything away and I have a couple of packages in the freezer and I can't find the time to consume them.

    Thank you very much.

Hello Star. Please tell me how are your spinach: do they go in a large block, in medium blocks or in small balls?

I follow this last comment because I also have a package in the freezer that every time I see them I think. ..What do I do with you? … Mine are en bloc.

Hello Patri! Well, we are going to invite them to the party, right? Look, if they are in blocks, you will have to wait for them to thaw a little to be able to break them into large pieces, about 4 cm, more or less. They don't need to be defrosted, it's just so that the big block doesn't trip you over the glass. You follow the recipe the same way and when half of the spinach is added, you put them all and programs instead of 6 minutes, 10 minutes, with the cup. Once it is finished, check if all the water has evaporated. If you see that they are to your liking, you already have them ready. If you have more water left than you would like, program a couple more minutes, without a beaker. And this last step can be repeated until they are to your liking.
Another option is to defrost them beforehand, drain them well and follow the recipe. When you go to put the spinach, put them all too and programs 10 minutes with a glass. And lists.
You can make a lot of recipes with frozen spinach. You just have to defrost them and drain them previously. If you enter the word spinach in our search engine, see how many recipes come out: http://www.thermorecetas.com/?s=espinacas&submit=Buscar
