Spirals with Parmesan cream and saffron

Preparation

1. We grate the cheese, putting it in the glass and programming a few 10 seconds, speed 10. We take out and reserve.

2. We add the water, the salt and the saffron to the glass. We program 7 minutes, 100º, left turn, speed 1.

3. We add the pasta. We program 11 minutes, 100º, left turn, spoon speed.

4. When there are two minutes until the programmed time ends, add the grated cheese, spoonfuls, and the milk through the hole in the lid.

5. We stir with the spatula and serve immediately.
