Steamed hake with pesto and tomato

Following this recipe we will have a simple dish that is prepared in a moment. Are some hake loins steamed with a sauce / salad that we will make quickly without the need for Thermomix.

The sauce has an intense flavor with the tomatoes, the pesto and balsamic vinegar as the protagonist. My recommendation is that you use a good vinegar and that, according to your tastes, you add more or less amount of this ingredient because it gives a lot of flavor.

    Hello, I really like the idea, I will try it for sure, I only have two questions. Do we add the oil to the hake in the varoma container? Do we add the salt to the water? Or to the hake? Thank you so much for the recipes. Greetings.

      Thanks Gymo. We put the oil on the hake (a single splash). The salt only in the water and, if later we consider it convenient, then also in the hake.
      I just clarified it in the recipe 😉
