One of the most spectacular cake you can try. Contains its best ingredients, flavor, color and originality. It is a cake made of vintage shape and that we have accompanied by some delicious strawberries that we can already find in any store. It is made with a cake dough that we have added pieces of strawberries and a cream cheese that will accompany the cake. Its surface will be decorated with pieces of strawberries, sugar and cinnamon and we will put it in the oven so that time does its magic.

Ingredients
Cream cheese filling
- 225g of cream cheese type Philadelphia
- 50g sugar
- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the pie crust
- 155g sugar
- 125g butter, softened
- 100ml whipping cream
- 90ml whole milk
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon and a half vanilla extract
- 200g of wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon and a half baking powder
- 100g strawberries, chopped into small pieces
For the frosting
- 3/4 of cup of powder sugar
- two tablespoons of milk
- a few drops of vanilla essential
Preparation
We can start heating up oven at 180 °. In our Thermomix glass we are going to prepare the cream cheese that will fill the cake. We cast the 225g of cream cheese and 50g of sugar. We schedule it during 20 seconds at speed 3,5. We then take the egg white and a teaspoon of vanilla extract. We mix it all up by programming during 30 seconds at speed 3,5. We take out the mixture and set it aside.
In the same glass without cleaning we are going to make the cake mix. We cast the 155g of sugar and 125g of butter softened, we are going to beat it by programming 2 minutes at speed 4,5. Next we add the 100g of whipping cream and 90ml of whole milk, we mix it by programming during 40 seconds at speed 4.
We cast the egg and the yolk and we reprogram 40 seconds at speed 4. Finally we add the dry ingredients by adding the 200g of wheat flour and a teaspoon and a half of baking powder. We schedule it during 2 minutes at speed 4.
We cut the 100g cutter In small pieces to add them to the previous dough, we will mix it by hand with the help of a spatula or ladle so that the fruit is not crushed. Reserve.
We prepare in a small bowl two tablespoons of sugar with half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon, we mix it. On the other hand we cut 4 strawberries in half and we put them aside. We choose a pan that can be removed from the mold of about 22cm in diameter. We put baking paper on its base and grease the sides of the pan with a little butter.
We started adding half of the dough that we had reserved with strawberries, we smoothed its surface. Then we will throw all cream cheese that we will also smooth. Finally we put the rest of the strawberry cream again and we leave the surface smoothed. We place the strawberries without sinking them and sprinkle the entire surface with the mixture of sugar and cinnamon. We put it in the oven around 60 minutes. To know that it is made, we will click with something sharp, if the needle comes out clean, the cake will be ready.
We prepare the glaze, in a bowl we add icing sugar and we will mix you with the two tablespoons of milk y drops of concentrated vanilla. We mix it all with a spoon. When we have the cake or tart ready we can pour the glaze on top by making vertical and horizontal lines. We can leave it to rest in the refrigerator so that it is cool.
