Ingredients

150 g of chocolate fondant
15 butter g
50 ml whole milk
10 ml of liquor or sweet wine
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 clove
half a teaspoon of black pepper
G strawberries 250

Preparation

We wash the strawberries and remove the leaves.
We put the chopped chocolate in the glass together with the rest of the ingredients and program 4 minutes, temperature 50º, speed 3.
We check if the chocolate is melted and if it is missing we program 1 more minute at the same temperature and speed.
We serve in the fondue so that the chocolate stays hot, we are dipping the strawberries in it and…. to enjoy.
