What do you think of this strawberry tiramisu cake to celebrate Father's Day tomorrow? We do not need an oven or stove, only our Thermomix to assemble and to mix ingredients.

It is a kind of strawberry tiramisu but without egg, to avoid problems (you know that the egg in the traditional tiramisu goes raw). And without coffee or alcohol so that children can also drink it.

Be careful, what does not have an egg is the mascarpone cream. If you want this recipe to be without eggs, you will have to buy specific sponge cakes, without this ingredient.

That said, you may be thinking that there is little tiramisu ... only sponge cakes and mascarpone. In any case, the important thing is that it is not complicated and that it is suitable for all palates.

Strawberry tiramisu cake, a simple dessert that we can prepare with children to celebrate Father's Day.

Ingredients

  • 400 g whipped cream
  • 500 g of mascarpone
  • 400 g of sovaiardi or cat tongues (about 40)
  • 200 g of sugar (90 for the syrup and 110 for the cream and mascarpone cream)
  • 500 g strawberry
  • The juice of lemon 1 / 2
  • Plus:
  • Removable mold (or a ring) of about 18 centimeters in diameter

Preparation

  1. We started the recipe by making the sauce / syrup for the cat's tongues. We put 300 g of strawberry in the glass (we reserve the other 200), 90 g of sugar, the juice of 1/2 lemon and 50 g of water. We crush during 10 seconds, speed 8. We put it in a bowl and reserve.

  2. We wash the glass and put the mariposa on the blades. We whip the cream in speed 3 1/2. I do not set the time so we have to be aware and, when it is mounted, stop the machine.

  3. Once assembled, we take the cream into a large bowl and reserve it.

  4. Without washing the glass, and again with the mariposa, we put the mascarpone and 110 g of sugar. We program 30 seconds, speed 3. We put this mixture in the bowl where we had the cream and we join it all with the spatula, with enveloping movements. We put it in a pastry bag.

  5. Of the strawberries that we had left, we reserved two for decoration and the others we chopped to put them in the layers of the cake.

  6. Now we only have the assembly. At the base of the mold we put the cat's tongues passing them through the strawberry syrup. We do not soak them a lot so that they do not break and we do not get too soft (to give you an idea it would be like when to breach a fillet we pass it through an egg). In that first layer we do not reach the edge of the mold to be able to fit in the cat tongues that surround the cake.

  7. We fit the cat tongues that surround the entire cake. These are not dipped in the syrup.

  8. Now, with the pastry bag, we put a layer of cream and mascarpone. And also some bits of strawberry.

  9. We put back a layer of cat tongues passed through the syrup. Another layer of cream and mascarpone with pieces of strawberries. And again another with cat's tongues dipped in syrup. We are thus creating layers (I have put 4 of cakes, counting on the base). The last layer will be cream and mascarpone.

  10. Finally, we only have to decorate the surface with the cream and mascarpone cream and the two strawberries that we had reserved.

  11. We keep in the fridge for a few hours.

Notes

We can put lemon zest in the mascarpone cream and cream to give a fresh touch to the dessert.[br]If we want to make an even simpler dessert we can assemble it in a dish, without it being in the shape of a cake.
