Today's recipe is great for meetings with family and friends. It has a good presentation and it is very easy to divide it into portions once done.

Another advantage is that we can fill it with whatever we want. In this case it has cheese, bacon and walnuts but you can make it only from cheeses (with 3 different types), with some pate, with ham and cheese ... in short, with your favorite ingredients or whatever you have at home.

Ingredients

  • 15 g fresh baker's yeast
  • 250 g of water
  • 20 g of sugar
  • 500 g of bread flour
  • 70 g of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 100 g of bacon
  • 120 g Asiago cheese
  • 100 g walnuts
  • A little milk to paint the surface

Preparation

  1. We put the yeast, water and sugar in the glass. We program 2 minutes, 37º, speed 1.

  2. We add the strength flour, the oil and the salt. We knead programming 3 minutes, spike speed.

  3. We put the dough in a large bowl. We form a ball and cover it with plastic wrap or a cloth.

  4. We let it rest for about two hours.

  5. We sprinkle flour on the counter and put the dough on it. We divide it into two equal parts.

  6. With one of the parts we form a rectangle, helping us with a rolling pin. We spread half the cheese, half the bacon and half the walnuts on the surface. We roll our rectangle on the longest side. We booked.

  7. We do the same with the other half of the dough.

  8. We divide each roll into 6 parts.

  9. We prepare the baking tray by covering it with baking paper. We place those 12 portions forming a crown.

  10. With a knife we ​​make a couple of cuts in each portion and brush the surface of the crown with a little milk. Let it rest for a few minutes.

  11. We preheat the oven to 180º.

  12. Once hot, we bake our crown at that temperature for 20 or 30 minutes, until we see that it is golden.

  13. We serve the bread hot, warm or even cold. Of course, warm is the best it is.
