What do you think of these chocolate ghosts? They have been made by my 4-year-old children. With my assistance, of course. We have had a great time and, although the result has not been exactly what I imagined, it has been great to do them with them. Laugh, we laughed a lot. And get dirty, the same.

They are very easy and are ideal to do with children en Halloween. The coverage is chocolate blanco and the filling of mascarpone y Oreo cookies. The diet, yes, we leave it to one side today.

White chocolate ghosts filled with mascarpone and oreo cookies. Ideal to do with children on Halloween.

Ingredients

  • 250 g of white chocolate covering (or white chocolate for desserts)
  • 12 oreo cookies
  • 200 g of mascarpone cheese
  • 24 chocolate pearls (for the eyes)

Preparation

  1. We introduce the chopped chocolate into the glass. We crush during 15 seconds at 5/7 speed. We take out and reserve.

  2. We introduce the cookies and crush during 5 seconds at speed 10.

  3. Add the mascarpone and mix for 15 seconds at speed 3.

  4. We form balls with the mixture, trying to give them a bell shape. The dough is a bit sticky, you will not be too careful, we can perfect them later. We are placing them, separated from each other, on a silicone sheet or a flat plate lightly smeared with a little oil, which will fit in the freezer.

  5. We put the balls in the freezer.

  6. We wash the glass and introduce the reserved white chocolate. We program 7 minutes, 37º, speed 2.

  7. With the spatula, we lower the chocolate from the walls of the glass towards the blades. We mix during 30 seconds at speed 3.

  8. We remove the balls (now is the time to give them a little more shape, but do not manipulate them too much) and pour, with a spoon, the melted chocolate on each of them.

  9. We place the eyes on them and, with a toothpick, a small touch of white chocolate as a pupil.

  10. We introduce the ghosts in the refrigerator and, in 30 minutes they will be ready to eat.

Notes

With the indicated amounts, 12 ghosts come out. If you want to do more, you can increase all the ingredients proportionally, maintaining times and speeds.

    Eu am termomix de 4 luni? I sunt foarte mul? Umit? from el zilnic preg? tesc ceva la el .este an ajutor fantastic la buc? t? rie. Nu mai folosesc nici un aparat Cum ar fi mixere îmi place sa g? Tesc dar de când am aceasta bijuterie (termomix âmi r? Mâne timp? I pentru mine .nu rata? I acest aparat este o binecuvântare pentru mine.
