Taggliatelle with dried tomatoes

pasta-with-dried-tomatoes

When I make pasta I usually prepare in a Thermomix what they call in Italy the sugo and the pasta is cooked in a saucepan. But this taggliatelle with dried tomatoes I have made them using only the Thermo and the result has been very good.

I have used taggliatelle but they can also be used spaghetti fine. You put them in the mouth and program those first two minutes so that little by little they enter. Then you cook taking into account the time that it puts in the package. Everything is explained in the preparation.

It is a good recipe for when we return from vacation and have few ingredients fresh at home. The dry tomatoes they can get us out of trouble.

Hello, excuse me, a question. The sauce is not reserved and the spaghetti is cooked then? Is the pasta made in the sauce with the water? If so, will they not come out soupy? Thanks

      Hi Cristina,
That is, the pasta is made in the sauce with the water. You will see, they are not soupy because the pasta absorbs all that liquid.
I hope you like them 😉
      A greeting!

I think that when the paste is poured through the curb (the first 2 minutes) it is better to set spoon speed, turn to the left. If we put speed 1, can't they break?

      Hi Sara:
Yeah, spoon speed, left turn. For two minutes in speed 1 nothing happens, but just in case ... 🙂
      A hug!
