Preparation

1. To cook the eggs:

   We put the water in the glass and place the basket with the eggs inside. We program 18 minutes, 100º, speed 1.

   After the time, we remove the basket and let it cool.

2. To make the lactonese:

   We put the jug on top on the lid. We activate the balance function and weigh the oil and reserve.

   We put the milk, garlic and salt in the glass. We program 30 seconds, 37º, speed 5.

3. With the beaker on the lid, we program 3 minutes, 37º, speed 5 and pour the oil little by little on the lid.

4. Add the lemon or vinegar and mix for a few seconds at the same speed.

   We withdraw and reserve.

5. For assembly:

   We take a rectangular mold and cover it with transparent film.

   We remove the crust from the sliced ​​bread and place a layer on the bottom of the mold.

   Next we put a layer of lactonese. On it we first distribute the clean and dry lettuce, cut in julienne, the tomatoes, the boiled eggs in slices, the mushrooms and the asparagus.

   Season with a little oil, vinegar and salt.

   We cover with another little lactonese.

6. We repeat the operation, forming floors with the rest of the ingredients.

7. Garnish with the olives and the bell pepper strips.

8. We let cool in the fridge until serving time.

9. To unmold we help ourselves with the transparent film to make it easier.
