This year I have decided that for the Christmas parties I'm not going to buy anything "typical" because, in the end, we don't eat it and it ends up having everything left over.

So I am looking for easy recipes for sweets that do not have complications neither in finding the ingredients and, of course, nor in the preparation of them. So looking through my books, I came across this recipe that meets all the conditions and also has coco, one of my favorite ingredients. Since my hubby doesn't like them very much, this time it's me who rubs his hands. 😉

It is also ideal for take advantage of the clear May we have leftovers from making other recipes on these dates.

Tasty cocadas based on egg white and coconut.

Ingredients

• Egg whites 3
• 250 g of sugar
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch
• 250 g of grated coconut

Preparation

1. We preheat the oven to 110º with heat up and down.

2. In the clean and dry glass we place the butterfly on the blades. We pour the whites and the sugar and program 4 minutes, 50º speed 3 1/2.

3. Finished this time we go back to programming 4 minutes, speed 3 1/2.

4. Pour the meringue into a large bowl and add half the coconut and the tablespoon of cornstarch. We mix gently and then add the remaining coconut.

   We continue moving carefully in an enveloping way until the meringue and coconut are well integrated.

5. On a baking tray covered with baking paper we put irregular tablespoons of the cream.

6. We put in the oven for 60-70 minutes.
