This year I have decided that for the Christmas parties I'm not going to buy anything "typical" because, in the end, we don't eat it and it ends up having everything left over.
So I am looking for easy recipes for sweets that do not have complications neither in finding the ingredients and, of course, nor in the preparation of them. So looking through my books, I came across this recipe that meets all the conditions and also has coco, one of my favorite ingredients. Since my hubby doesn't like them very much, this time it's me who rubs his hands. 😉
It is also ideal for take advantage of the clear May we have leftovers from making other recipes on these dates.

Hello Sea:
Our website is specialized in making all kinds of recipes with Thermomix although these cocadas can also be made in a traditional way. You just have to mount the whites until stiff and continue the recipe in point 4.
