Coquitos

Apart from chocolate, there is another thing that I love and they are the sweets and desserts that they carry coco, but you have to take into account not to consume it in large quantities, since it acts as a diuretic and laxative.

Consulting my Thermomix® books I found this recipe. And I was looking forward to going to the supermarket to buy the coconut.

As he had in sight the of my brother I decided to prepare them for that date. Although during the process I ate half of the coquitos ... what a vice!

I have thought for the next time, prepare them in tiny molds, of those of the muffins, they will be very fine and ideal for a snack with friends.

It is also good idea  as detail to take when we visit.
