Applesauce (Thermomix

I really like all fruit desserts, as well as jams and of course, this applesauce I'm going to teach you how to prepare with the Thermomix.

I use it a lot to do cakes, crepes, gypsy arm, sweet dumplings and I love it with toast and fresh cheese.

It's one of those desserts for Thermomix . simple to do and easy. It can be left with the apples in small pieces or it can also be crushed to obtain a cream or jam texture.

To prepare the applesauce I use golden apples, because they are the ones we buy at home for the dessert and snacks but you can use any other type of apples.

    Now I have seen your applesauce, I will make it the same, but I will add a little cinnamon stick and some orange peels. At the time of grinding I will remove these two ingredients.

    I have made it this morning with some apples that they gave me yesterday, but I have made a change: I have not added the cinnamon stick and I have added half the amount of water that you indicate and the other half (a little more) of sweet wine from Malaga. .. divine! I use this wine a lot in desserts because it gives a very rich flavor. I add a chorlito on top of the roasted apples and a considerable stream on the yogurt cake! Well, it's just one more contribution ... Hahaha. ????
