Biscuit and apple cake

This cake is very similar to brownie and cookies that Silvia prepared. In both, the main ingredient is cookies. What changes is the other ingredient, that instead of chocolate, they are added apples, walnuts and raisins.

Apples is what makes you be very juicy and the nuts and grapes give it a delicious touch.

So that the apples, it is best to peel them and chop them just before adding them to the mixture.

Luckily I took the photo before taking it to my mother-in-law's house, because half an hour after arriving there was hardly a bit left. That's good, because really they liked it a lot.
