The cream puts it in the refrigerator but it stays perfect, just like when you make cream with strawberries and put it in the fridge. Cold cream is the best hold, so I don't understand how it got so hard on you. I think the cream was not good. All the best.
Ah, I forgot! When you mix the cream with the cloud cream, it melts and remains as lumps. You keep mixing until everything is well integrated and almost no cream is visible.
