This dessert is ideal for serve it in individual cups and, in addition, it is very showy because it combine the colors and the layers of curd and gelatin are perfectly separated.

Hello Silvia. Look, I would like to ask you something that may be difficult, I would like to get one more recipe for these types of dessert, in little glasses. It seems that they are becoming fashionable. At a friend's party we ordered them from a bakery-bakery and they were a great success. My friends who say they are impressed by my desserts want me to investigate and investigate different options and of course I would not like not to be up to par ... hahaha. thank you very much in advance and greetings.

I wanted to know how many strawberries to use more or less, many thanks.

I can't exactly remember the number, but one or two per glass is enough. It is a bit to taste.

I have a question, is the gelatin allowed to gelatinize in a separate container? When it is poured into the glasses over the curd, does the gelatin not "break"? Thanks for your recipes

    1.    Silvia said

Mari, the gelatin is allowed to cool in a separate container and when you see it begin to solidify the mixture with the strawberries and pour it over the curd and let it cool completely in the fridge. The gelatin does not break because it is made when it is still somewhat warm and then it rests completely on the curd.

    HELLO!!!
I have made this recipe but I don't know why when I added the gelatin with the strawberries it has leaked and the strawberries have stayed on top, the curd in the middle and the gelatin below, I don't understand why this has happened to me.
Can you think of an explanation?

Thanks anyway it was very good.

    1.    Silvia said

These cups, you have to make them and place them as they cool down, first we make the curd and let it cool, then the gelatin and when it is almost curdling, add the strawberries and place it on the curd.

Hello!! I liked the recipe but I don't know what curd is, could you guide me ??? Thank you

    1.    Irene Thermorecetas said

Hello Sandra, the curd is a thickening powder to prepare the curd dessert or other desserts (for example, a cheese cake). You will find it in any supermarket in the pudding and pastry area (at least in Spain). I leave you the photo:

You'll tell me if you find it!
