From the first time I heard about the Ferrero RocherĀ® cake, I was captivated by its name and I already knew I was going to love it. .

It is a very simple cake that has a base of biscuits or sponge cakes and a layer with a cream made of chocolates, cream and an envelope of powdered flan.

We have it ready in about 15 minutes, although then you have to wait for its resting time in the fridge. I usually do it One day to another so that both the texture and the flavors agree well.

For adorn it You can put cream and some extra chocolate on top. And, speaking of chocolates, I have not tried yet, but I am sure that this cake is just as good or more with the hazelnut chocolates what Elena did.

    I really want to make this cake, because I love ferrero chocolates, but I have the thermomix TM 21.       In Spain we have a preparation for making puddings and custards. This preparation is based on cornstarch.
