Strawberry sorbet with champagne

Thermomix dessert recipe Strawberry sorbet with champagne

Probably while you are reading how to make this strawberry and champagne sorbet, I am with my boy taking a gondola ride and enjoying Venice.

San Miguel's day was ours anniversary. My God, how time passes, for ten years now… and this trip has been the gift that we have given ourselves to enjoy a relaxed and beautiful weekend together.

To enjoy our anniversary I prepared this delicious sorbet that makes a nod to the movie "Pretty woman" when they drink strawberries with champagne.

To my husband liked it a lot although I must confess that I am not very alcoholic. To me, in particular, I knew a lot about champagne but I solved it by having a delicious chocolate. 😉

I did it with strawberries congeladas. You already know that I like to use frozen fruit for sorbets and thus have its natural flavor without reducing it with ice. Although it can also be made with fresh strawberries and add ice to it.

And how could it be otherwise, I take the opportunity to dedicate this recipe to my boy for all this time that we have been together and for it to be many, many more years !! (If you can hold me, heh, heh ...)

    Thank you.

Hi! I have a question about this recipe, let's see if you can help me because your advice always comes in handy, I have a birthday this Saturday and I want to make the sorbet but since it is not at home I have to take it already made, if I freeze it one Once finished and I take it out for a while before the freezer will the texture be good? or is it going to be very cold?

Hello Arantxa, better double the amounts, than with the ones that come in the recipe I would give you for about 4-6… I hope you like it !!
