Tropical mango cake

The first time I tried this tropical mango cake was in the "First National Congress of Thermomix ”and both Silvia and me we loved it.

For Christmas Eve, I always take care of the desserts and that year I had some doubts. The quintessential dessert was always tiramisu, at the request of my husband and my brothers-in-law, but when I asked my mother-in-law what she would like, she told me that a fresh fruit cake. Then all my doubts were dispelled, I started to prepare this cake and it was a success!

It is very easy to do and it is delicious. It can also be done with another fruit like peaches, strawberries, kiwis,….

Since then I have made it a couple of times to take home with friends and it has always been very popular.
