Fruit cake

Thermomix recipe Fruit tart

The fruit tart is a easy dessert or snack and with a very striking presentation.

One afternoon when I went to prepare the picnic To my daughters, the oldest told me that she didn't want to eat fruit every day, that she wanted something sweet. Right away the light bulb went on. I told him: "great for tomorrow I'm going to make you a cake for your snack." He thought it was a great idea and he said to me: "And what is the cake going to be about, Mom?", It will be a surprise.

And so it was, when it was time to have a snack I took them out the fruit tart and apart from throwing some laughs together and enjoying a good piece each, the funniest thing was his phrase: “Joooo, that's not okay, because in the end I'll be back to take fruit!!! ”, yes but with something sweet as you asked ...

Sil !! The fruit tart is the favorite of the Keco family, you will help me prepare it, it looks very good !!

Ah! think of an alternative to kiwi for your sister's allergy, please!

Hello Maria: I can attest that it was delicious. In fact, I had two good slices with two good glasses of fresh strawberry juice. All great.
As an alternative to kiwi, I suggest mandarin or peach. How about?

  2.   Silvia said

What a good idea Elena !!! The peach season begins shortly and I am going to prove it, that this is one of my elder's favorite fruits.

  3.   mary said

Well, both of them seem like very good ideas !! As soon as it is installed in my house (which is still there for that) I challenge you to a recipe contest, there will be no doubt that you will win, but we can try several dishes at the same time, hahaha!

Hello. I love your recipes and I have to admit that since I've known you, I use my thermomix more. I have 21. Regarding this recipe, you said that the syrup was too liquid so when cutting the pieces it fell off. What could I have done wrong? thanks and greetings.

Cristina next time put a few more minutes and remove the cup to evaporate. All the best

First tell you that I have already made this cake and it happened to me like Cristina, the syrup was very liquid and I had to remove by spoonfuls. One question, I put the base of puff pastry and it came out good. Now I want to make the dough as you indicate, but I have a doubt, my mold is made of silicone. Would you need more time in the oven? I don't want the dough to remain half cooked. Kissessssssssssssss

    1.    Silvia said

Barbara, although the mold is made of silicone, I think that no more cooking time is necessary. Try and you will tell us how.

    Hello everybody..
Today I made this dessert .. The truth is that I had a moment of "crisis" when rolling out the dough, I didn't make it with it .. it broke me !! In the end, with an extra dose of patience, I have achieved it and the result ... well, better than I expected !!! A very good flavor, the cream at its point ... Come on, my mother has repeated a piece !!!
And I, very happy... It has been the best culmination to the Father's food, 100% made in Thermorecetas…Vichysoise, Hake with cava and this delicious cake!! What would I do without you...
    Kisses

I am very happy that we are your inspiration for your Father's Day menu. How rich you prepared everything. Thanks for following us.
      A kiss

I prepared the cake with your rich recipe and although I liked it a lot, I have little doubts: the pastry cream was very good and just made at its point of thickness, so later, after the oven I noticed them a little more caked, and if I bake only the base ?, and the syrup also remained liquid, what does it look like when it is well done, how do I know? And if I add gelatin, by the way the banana darkened a bit, and the fruit I think it is better to cut thick pieces?
I congratulate you on your recipes, I am one more humble fan
    Thanks and kisses !!

Hello, I wanted to ask you if I have the dough to bake first alone, or I add the cream and bake it, thanks

    1.    Silvia said

It is baked with the pastry cream on top.

Cali, in the index you can see the juices that we have published. I leave you here the one with strawberries, but there is also one with orange and strawberries, very rich.

HELLO SILVIA .. THAT GOOD YOUR RESCUE !! I LOVED!! TELL ME ANOTHER NAME RECEIVES THE PEACH SWEET .. IT MAY BE PEACH !!. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR SHARING IT .. LILIANA FROM PATAGONIA ARGENTINA ..

    1.    Silvia said

Liliana, I'm sorry I can't help you much, the truth is that I don't know why peach candy can be known by another name. See if someone else sees your comment and knows how to tell you something.

  15.   Mila said

Very good !! The problem is that although the syrup is thick, when resting with the fruit it releases water and I think that is why. Silvia, how do you do it to make it look good on you ??? The cake is worth it and I wish it would turn out better next time. Thank you!!

  16.   Rosa Maria Barral said

A question. I still can't tell you if it's tasty or not because I'll sink my teeth into it tomorrow. But the doubt is that I have made the syrup and I have a lot left over. Do you know if it can be stored in the fridge and how long it can last? Thank you

    1.    Irene Thermorecetas said

HELLO Rosa, I think the syrup lasts two weeks well in the fridge (I'm sorry to answer you so late, your message had been spammed). Next time you can put it in tiny jars and vacuum them to keep them for months.

Hello, very good friends, I have a doubt if you can help me, put everything together in the oven, or first the dough is baked and then the steps are followed and the cake is assembled

You can use bread flour instead of pastries
