Lasagna

Thermomix Lasagna recipe

Lasagna is a very complete and nutritious dish made with Bolognese meat, pasta sheets and béchamel sauce.

It is one of those recipes that, accompanied with a good salad or even with a gazpachito, it is ideal to prepare a meal for the whole family.

This traditional lasagna is one of my husband's favorite dishes but I don't make it very often because my daughters don't like béchamel very much. Although I have to say that it is something very strange because Kids love it because it is very easy to eat.

In addition, you can make in advance and even freeze. You just have to give it a hit of the oven to gratin and ready to serve.

Hello, I have made the lasagna and in my house I liked it a lot, I would like to make the cannelloni, could you put a recipe? I've never done them and my kids are asking me to.
    Thank you.

Hello, is it normal for food to stick to the glass? When I took out the cooked meat to make the bechamel, it had food stuck to the bottom. Thanks.

It does not have to but sometimes it happens, even so, do not worry that the food does not taste like it.
You will tell us how it turned out in the end.

Hello girls !!! The lasagna looks great, but I want to make a vegetable one for next Monday to invite a friend to eat because I know she likes it a lot. Do you have any recipe out there or idea where I can find it? Thanks in advance. Congratulations on all your recipes. I love them and the whole family love them!

Cristina, I'm sorry I'm late for your answer, but my sister makes one with zucchini, peppers, aubergine, tomato and it comes out delicious. It is not with thermomix but I will try to adapt it as soon as I have some time and if you like vegetables like this, I love the recipe for eggplant parmigiana. I recommend it to you !!

    Hello Tonyswim9,
You can add béchamel between the layers as indicated in the recipe, but if you don't like béchamel too much, maybe you can add a little more tomato to the sauce and not cook it too long. You will tell us if you like it better that way.
    Kisses!

In what step do I add the tomato and how much time, temperature and speed is it left? I have read the recipe several times but cannot find it.

    1.    Irene Arcas said

Hello Maria, the tomato is added with the vegetables from the sauce, in step 2. 😉
