Crumbs

Today I bring you a recipe that I love. It brings back very good memories, since I was a child I remember my father and my mother chopping up rainy days pan, peeling potatoes and then pounding the pan so they don't stick.

The truth is that despite being one of my favorite foods, I have never made them. I always sign up when they do it. Until one day I decided to do them. I looked for the recipe, not to ask my parents and put them in the commitment that they will prepare them for me. Then by curling the curl, I told myself to see with the thermomix, and in the blog of Las cosas de Chari, I found the recipe ... I assure you that they come out delicious and with hardly any work.

As I have told you at home they are also made with potatoYes, so I have adapted it, if you don't want it with potatoes, skipping that step is enough.

I personally am not a big fan of crumbs, apart from that in my house they have never been eaten. But my husband likes them a lot and on very cold days he asks my mother-in-law, she is delighted to bring the family together to eat some crumbs hehehe usually makes them both flour and bread crumbs. For a long time I have been thinking about making them with the thermomix and surprising my husband …… although there is also the part that they have to be the same or better than the mother-in-law that if not ……. aixxx.
Well let's see if I get one day and see what comes out.
    Kisses

Hello maleni, how sorry I am that they did not come out, did you make them without the cup? since if you put the beaker, they take water and that is why they get caked.
meat refers to torreznillo, chorizo, or the type of meat we want to use….

    Hello!
I loved the recipe for crumbs !!!
It is true that in each place they make them different, I, for example, who am Andalusian, make them with wheat semolina and they are very loose….
Also the accompaniment varies; For example, in my house it is accompanied with both meat and fish (grouper or marinated dogfish, clams in white wine, sardines; bacon, sausages, veal with garlic ...), and you cannot miss a great tomato raf salad, with olives and minced onion dressed with olive oil and mini-radishes !!!

They are also scandalous if they eat the crumbs with something sweet, my grandfather ate them with chocolate !!!! and they were impressive !!!

It is a dish that we eat when the whole family gets together and we enjoy it very much !!!!

Thank you very much for the recipe !!!
    kisses

Very good, but the half a kg of bread did not fit and I have not crushed well. I have had to put them in parts and give them more time than you say. Even shredded, not all the bread could fit. By not putting everything I have left for 2 large or 3 small servings. So I can't invite anyone.

    1.    Virtues said

To crush if you have to put in two batches, then to me personally they entered without problems, it will still depend on the type of bread ...
