Thermomix Mushroom Risotto Recipe


This mushroom risotto always brings back fond memories. It was a lot of fun because I did it on a Sunday morning with my sister and my cousin, and we had a great time. They were reading me the ingredients, speed and time, while I made the recipe.

Es a great recipe to do on any occasion. Remains at your point, and it is very simple, you just need a good dessert, a wine ... and a good company to share it !!!

This mushroom risotto is dehydrated from the Trevijano® brand, it does not contain preservatives, it is 100% natural and it is suitable for celiacs. I also use julienne soup from this brand and we love it at home.

I put the recipe to make it with risotto dehydrated or with your ingredients.

    Hello Silvia my heart, as my little ones like rice a lot, I would like to try this recipe but I have a doubt with rice, when you say that if we use the Dehydrated Risotto it is less amount of rice, how much is that? What comes in Trevijano's package? And which one is better? Thank you very much girls.

      Hello dear, I mean that if you make the risotto you must add 350 grams of water for 700gr of rice, but if you do it with the Trevijano package like this it has less amount of rice you must add 550gr of water.
      I made the one from Trevijano, I buy it at the Ahorramás and it comes out delicious, I advise you to try it.

    I love your blog. I'm very lazy about this in the kitchen and I wasn't getting much use out of my thermomix. But with your recipes I am doing a lot of things. Do you have any other risotto recipes? I would like to try. I don't really like rice (or pasta, I'm a bit weird) but this one looks very good and seems very easy.

      Yola, I'm glad you like it. I think it could stick because it will lack a little liquid, it was consumed very quickly.
      Normally I wash the thermomix with 500 gr of soap and water, 5 minutes, temperature 90º, speed 4. At the end I carefully raise the temperature without splashing me and then wash it in the tap and if necessary I give it with a strong scouring pad in the background. So it looks good on me.

        Again on Sunday I will make this risotto that some friends come to eat and they like rice dishes, so I assure myself of success, which I will still add a tad more water so that it does not stick to the bottom!

      I buy it in savings, but in large supermarkets such as carrrefour, hipercor or alcampo ... you can also find it. It is a plastic box of dehydrated risotto with mushrooms.
