Riojan soup

Thermomix recipe Riojan soup

Riojan soup is a dish very consistent and comforting made with vegetables, ham, chorizo, potato and rice.

More than a soup it looks like a stew that is why it is ideal as a meal to recharge your batteries and tone the body. In fact, it can be served as Sole plate and serve two desserts, one with cheese and the other with fruit. Although, if you are a two-course meal, I advise you to make the second light like grilled or steamed white fish.

As I have already told you on many occasions, at home we are very soup and at any moment he prepared some rich spoon dish for the whole family. It's nice to see my daughters eat these kinds of dishes.

I just discovered this blog and the first recipe I have made has been this soup. My two-and-a-half-year-old twins have each eaten a plate to the end and my husband and I have loved it. Not a bit left over Thanks!

It looks great! For how many diners would this amount of ingredients be?

My potato disintegrates and a very thick porridge remains. I do not know if it is better to throw it at the end

      Hello Alberto:
Not all potatoes are the same but if the ones you use cook quickly, you can add them in point 4 along with the rice.

      Regards!
