Hello Paqui, it is in the latest Thermomix 31 model, if you have the previous one which is the 21 you do not have it. When we say left turn and spoon speed, in 21 you have to put the butterfly on the blades and speed 1. All recipes can be adapted. If you have any questions, tell us. All the best.
