The potatoes were a garnish that could accompany it quite well and as a sauce I have chosen a delicious tomato, fried in the Thermomix with its onion and garlic. And so we have got to work.
It is quite quick to do and in less than 40 minutes you will have it ready. It is very good for, for example, a dinner or a healthy meal based on fresh fish.

Awesome, and I'm not a big fan of cod. Easy, normal ingredients and tasty. I have added three chopped piquillo peppers to the tomato and a sweetener to remove the acidity (I love the sweet tomato sauce), it really surprised me. I will repeat!
