Bloody eyes

These bloody eyes has been the last recipe I have prepared for the darkest night of the year !!! Are some cheese puddings from Burgos that although they look so disgusting, they are delicious to liven up a terrifying evening for Halloween or Samaín.

They are very simple and quick to do. The only thing is that they have to rest in the fridge for 3 or 4 hours to have the perfect consistency.

The truth is that there are many Halloween recipes on the web and the majority can be done the day before, so that on the day of the party you can spend time decorating the house and dressing up to be as terrifying as possible.

You can prepare these cheese puddings to celebrate Halloween.

Ingredients

• an envelope of neutral gelatin
• 500 g whipping cream
• 250 g of Burgos cheese
• 100 g of condensed milk
• sour cherries in syrup (a piece to make the pupil)
• chocolate (for the point of the iris of the eye)
• red food coloring (to paint the veins of the eye)

Preparation

1. We put the condensed milk and cream in the glass. We program 6 minutes, temperature 90º, speed 1.

2. Add the neutral gelatin and mix 10 seconds, speed 7. We incorporate the cheese and program 30 seconds, speed 7.

3. We pour the mixture into some molds (I use concave ice-making ones) lightly greased with butter and put in the refrigerator for a minimum of about 3 hours.

4. Then we unmold them with the help of a knife, and decorate by dipping a piece of icing on top. We put a point of chocolate on the icing and with the help of a toothpick we make small veins dipping it in the food coloring.
